VISION THERAPY

VISION THERAPY

Vision Therapy in Lodi, CA :                       We change lives through innovative vision care
Vision therapy is a personalized, doctor-directed program designed to improve how the eyes and brain work together. While 20/20 eyesight measures visual clarity, it does not evaluate how efficiently your visual system functions. Vision therapy addresses functional vision problems that can interfere with learning, work performance, sports, and everyday activities.
At our Lodi, California optometry office, vision therapy begins with a comprehensive functional vision evaluation. We assess eye teaming, eye tracking, focusing ability, depth perception, visual processing, and visual-motor integration. Based on these findings, a customized vision therapy program is created for each patient.
Vision therapy is commonly recommended for children and adults in Lodi and the surrounding areas, including Stockton, Galt, Elk Grove, and the Central Valley, who experience:
  • Reading and learning difficulties
  • Eye strain, headaches, or visual fatigue
  • Attention and concentration problems
  • Sports vision and performance challenges
  • Poor eye coordination or focusing problems
  • Concussion-related vision symptoms
  • Lazy eye (amblyopia) or crossed eyes (strabismus)
Treatment may include in-office vision therapy sessions in Lodi, guided at-home activities, specialized lenses, prisms, and advanced visual training tools. Each program is closely monitored and adjusted to ensure measurable improvement and long-term success.
Vision therapy does more than compensate for vision problems—it works to correct them. Our goal is to help patients in Lodi, CA and nearby communities achieve lasting improvements in visual comfort, efficiency, and performance at school, work, and play.
If you or your child continue to struggle with vision-related problems despite regular eye exams, vision therapy in Lodi, CA may be the missing piece.
